Last Teachers' Day that I would celebrate...

The celebration on last Friday was great. I made sure I perform my very best because, well, it's my last year celebrating it this year.

Anyway, reached school at usual time. Went into the hall to do last minute rehearsal for the singing and the drama. Thought 'More than words' will still be sung, but Santosh told me that they canceled it.

Great... Just when I spent the whole week preparing for it...

The whole day started with group activities that involves both students and teachers. Futsal, Netball, Dodge ball and such. Was surprised to see some teachers that could really play very well in futsal, they managed to dribble pass some students. Too bad, if it wasn't for rehearsing for the drama, I would join them. >=D

Went back to the hall and into the boy's toilet at the back of the hall to do last minute rehearsal while the performance was going on.

The first performance was some songs sang by Nazim and a malay girl. They sang some Malay song which, I think, bored the everliving shit out of the non-Malay students and later on, an English and Malay version of 'I'm Your's'. Don't blame me for being straight forward but, I could sing better than that and I'm usually the one who can't sing. SERIOUSLY!!

Second performance was Santosh and us. Was pretty nervous before going up the stage. We told each other this that calmed ourselves down:

"Alright everybody, this is our last year (except for you, Sam.) screw up or not, let's just give it our best shot,"

We ended up singing 'Ain't no sunshine' and 'Heartless' in Kris Allen's version instead. The whole performance was superb, the crowd was cheering wildly for us but the only problem that occurred that time was that damn mic.

The mic got cut off when Santosh was singing 'Heartless'. And boy, was he pissed. He went to Daniel Stevens, the P.A. boy and passed him the mic. Santosh said something that would make poor Daniel wet his pants:

"I don't care, you better fix the mic. I'm so gonna kill you lah Daniel, you wait and see..."
LOL

Third performance was Canon in D, using Violins, drums and keyboard by a group of form four students. Their song was nice, nothing more, nothing less.

Forth performance... The performance that got everyone drooling. The beauties of SMKSM, together in one group, performed some kind of 60's dance. Have to get a bucket to contain Santosh's drools on that day. XD

Next performance was from Eve and her ladies' school basketball team. Their hip-hop dance caught everyone's attention. All the way la, broth- I mean, sister!

Then, the mic became back a bitch... it got cut off again during Elizabeth and Weng Seong's song of 'Realize' by Colbie Caillat. The crowd was getting hectic; moving in and out of the hall. Some leaving, some just couldn't resist to visit the toilet bowl. Thankfully, Bryan was there to save the day.

Peter introduced Bryan in as B-Boy and started breakdancing in front of the crowd. The crowd sat back in the hall and watched until we managed to fix the damn mic. After fixing the mic, they had to skip Elizabeth and Weng Seong's performance to our drama performance.

Our drama performance was directed by Carmen Ten but with some slight twist from me and Santosh. The drama was about this bratty student named Mabel (played by Mabel) who studies in a best art performing school in Malaysia.

The drama started off with Mabel running into the scene and tells the audiences that she's late for school only to tell herself that since she's so good in dancing, the other dancers would have no problem waiting for her. Then, she took her sweet time to walk. Here, the Narrator (Santosh) introduces himself in a way that Santosh improvised last minutely:

"Oh hi there, if you must know, I'm the fallen angel,"
*raises both his hands from the side like what an angel would do*
*angelic sound effects by me XD*
*pose suddenly changes to an Indian pose*
"Vannakam~!"

LOL

As Mabel heads into the class, she was reprimanded by her teacher (Carmen Ten) a little. The scene goes a little like this:

Carmen: Mabel! Why are you-
Mabel: *ignores* Hi, waiting for me?
Carmen: Why are you late?

Then one of the students (Seira) interrupted in.

Seira: I know, I know! She got stuck in the toilet!
*Everyone laughs*
Carmen: Keep quiet! Let's start our practice.
*turns around again.*
Carmen: Did you really get stuck in the toilet?

The dance then started. Four dancers: two males (Wei Jian and Bryan) and two females (Mabel and Seira). They danced to this one Malay song which tittle I've forgotten. Out of anger from the insult, Mabel pushes Seira during the dance. Then she got into an argument with her teacher because of her bossy attitude which earned her a good tight slap in the end. Enraged, she left for London to another art performing school there. Another comedic scene from our beloved Santosh. XD

Santosh: London ah?! Many many beautiful chicks dei. I shall go... Bye bye, see you all in London.

Words can't describe this scene, you'll have to listen to how he said it and his expression to get the joke. The scene then skips to the airport, where Mabel and her Dad (that's me) had a small conversation.

Santosh: Faster la dei! Hot chicks in London waiting for me la!
Kyle: Here Mabel, here's your bag.
*passes bag*
Kyle: I've packed your clothes, I've packed your snacks, I've packed your drinks, I've packed your PSP, I've packed your MP3, I've packed your Nitendo DS, I've packed your phone, I've packed your-
Santosh: Can you faster or not? London chicks waiting for me la!
Kyle: Can you shut up?! I'm talking to my daughter! Sheesh... Now Mabel, I've packed your-
Mabel: Don't be such a nag, dad.*rushes off*
Kyle: Wait wa-! *takes out phone and calls Mabel*
Mabel: Hello?
Kyle: Hi Mabel, it's me. Remember to call back, remember to wake up early, remember to brush your teeth, remember to take care, remember to do your homeworks, remember to-
Santosh: *snatches Mabel's phone and trashed it to the ground.*

Lol, here's the thing. The phone that Santosh smashed was a real phone! But, it's an old model that doesn't even work anymore. But you see, the original scene was that Santosh was supposed to throw the phone onto me so that I could do a back-flip fall, but I guess he forgot and threw it to the ground instead and smashed it into pieces.

Me, as the father. I look smart, huh? Thank goodness for natural acting talents! XD
Also, have to thank Xien Yi for borrowing me her blazer. You can even see a slight body figure shape on the blazer! HAHAHAHA!!! XD

Anyway, in London, things didn't go too well for Missy Mabel there. She made more enemies (Bryan, Wei Jian and Gan Yang) than friends in Malaysia. There was this one comical scene where Mabel would push Bryan out of annoyance but ended up pushing Wei Jian instead, who stood behind Bryan.

Wei Jian: *falls dramatically in slow motion*
Santosh: Whooooooooooooooaaaaaa~

Then Gan Yang would grab Wei Jian in an almost kissing-dancing position. When everyone (Carmen and Zi Yean) laughed at them, Gan Yang let go off Wei Jian and Wei Jian fell onto the ground. Wei Jian was angry and was about to punch Mabel when the London teacher came in (Seira) and scolded them for two things:

One: about the argument
Two: Why wasn't she informed about Mabel's enrollment in her class.

Ignoring it, she proceeded back with her class. The group then danced to Lady Gaga's 'Just dance'. Halfway, Wei Jian, out of anger, trips Mabel. The teacher scolded Mabel instead of Wei Jian.

The scene then skips to after class where the whole gang was chatting amongst each other, excluding Mabel. They were bad-mouthing about Mabel, who silently eavesdrop from behind. There was this one scene where Bryan would sing a short modified song of 'Dangerous'. It could just be me but, the way Gan Yang made the background voice was just too unnecessary. Somehow, I felt that the students had goosebumps when listening to that.

Mabel thought to herself, this scene was just exactly the same she had gone through back in Malaysia, where she would give some much trouble to those around her. Saddened, Mabel calls her father to tell him that she's returning to Malaysia. But she wishes to visit her old dancing school first. Another little comedic scene here.

Mabel: *calls her dad with her phone.* Dad?
Kyle: Mabel ah?! Remember to bring your clothes, remember to wash your face, remember to-
Mabel: *ignores her dad and speaks anyway* I'm coming back to Malaysia, I want to go back to my school first!
Kyle: Remember to... What? No, wait wait wait!! AHHHHHH!!!~ *gets cut off*

So, back in Malaysia...

Mabel was walking along the road. Carmen was too walking in front of her but failed to notice each other. A reckless lorry driver (Me as well xD) and his co-driver (Gan Yang) crashed onto Carmen. The scene was REALLY hilarious, by my opinion, of course.

Kyle: Haiyo, Ah Beng! I ada langgar orang kah?
Gan Yang: Tak tau la, boss! I pergi check.
*wents to see Carmen's dead body*
Gan Yang: *shouts like a little girl* Boss!! Boss!!
Kyle: Aiyo Ah Beng, apa khabar?!
Gan Yang: Boss! Sudah mati oh!!
Kyle: CHOI!! Ah Beng mati, boss pun belum mati ah!
Gan Yang: Bukan boss, perempuan yang boss langgar tadi... SUDAH MATI OH!!
Kyle: Haiyo! Betul kah? I pergi check!

Well, the truth was, Carmen wasn't dead when the lorry knocks her. In fact, she was just waking up but the stupid lorry driver, reversed his truck just to check on Carmen, knocks her down again. This time, killing her for good.

Kyle: Aiyoyo~! Sudah mati oh! Cabut lari ah!!! *runs off like a pussy*
Gan Yang: *checks onto Carmen only to find out that his boss had gone* Boss? BOSS!! *runs to the backstage and deliberately knocks onto a wall*

Then, Mabel comes in and mourns her dead teacher. The other students as well. The narrator would then tell the moral value of the story:

"Respect your teacher bla bla bla"
(Sorry, couldn't remember. Was spacing off again just like when I'm attending Moral class)

The whole drama ended with a song written by Carmen. Her song was great, really meaningful for teachers. Daniel handled the keyboards while Ivan handled the drums and Sam, the guitar for the song. The drama group danced while Carmen, Mabel and Seira sang the song. I was supposed to dance as well but I couldn't remember the moves, so I stepped down.

But seeing that this is our last year, me and Santosh decided to do something stupid. >=)

We went onto the stage and danced randomly, holding each others' hands and such. Poor Gan Yang missed a step, laughing at us.

The lorry scene was far most the most unique one, I think. Why? It's because of my custom-made lorry, that Carmen and Mabel prepared a day before the performance.

Damn cool wei!
The information on the side of the lorry.
The lorry's plate number. SYK, obviously, Sui Yee Khai. XD
5354, which in Chinese, literally means nonsense.

We drove the lorry just like the 'Flinstones'. Yup, using feet instead of wheels. During the drama, I lost balance of the lorry and the lorry flipped over me, banging me in the nose. The wood gave me a cut and it was bleeding after the show, had to put a plaster around my nose because of that.

After that, it was Encik Saari's turn to perform. He sang an old song by the Bee Gees "I started a joke". I guess this song was very meaningful to him. Then, Cik Adlina took the mic and sung a song as well, which I forgot what is it again.

Finally, to end the whole event, Encik Saari and Cik Adlina sang a duet on the stage.

A picture of my class's teacher, Pn. Azizah.

After the event, the whole drama gang went to Leisure Mall to catch a movie; Night in the Museum 2. Me and Wei Jian didn't watch it, instead, we went to Fitness First to exercise! XD

Decided to fill our two weeks holidays exercising. Gonna lose that 'Uncle Belly' of mine and finally get the dream body figure I've always dreamed of! LOL XD

We ran on running machines, rowed on rowing machines, lift dumbbells, do ab crunches, climb steps and such. Finally, we relaxed ourselves with a good short session of sauna in the sauna room. >=D

Thank goodness nobody was inside to watch two ridiculous teenagers goofing around in the sauna room. =x

Bye-bye, Baby =(

Baby left. His owner had to come and take him back to where he originally belong to. Bye-bye, my walking golden hamster. =(

Yes, Baby can walk on two legs. There's one time where I held his food above him, Baby stood up and tried to grab it. I then bring it further away from him and guess what? He started walking towards it while still stretching his hands towards the food! XD

Awwwwww, I'm going to miss him!!

Herbie's alone again...

NOT XD

Baby's owner gave me another two hamsters! =D

Now, meet...
Furbie!

and
Febie!!

Sorry for the blur pictures. Those hamsters of mine are surely active especially when you're holding them.

Those names are weird? Nah, I didn't name them, mom did it =). She took extra good care of them.

Furbie and Febie lived in a different cage that my mom bought. Why? Cause, when we tried putting those two into Herbie's cage, Herbie went really mad. When we put Furbie in, Herbie almost scratched the ever-living crap out of Furbie. Worrying that Herbie might rip those two apart in just one night, my mom bought them another new cage for them to live in.

In the end, they lived happily ever after. xD

Oh and when Baby left, it seemed that Baby left something for us and Herbie.

Three baby hamsters!!!

Two Winter Snow hamsters and a Winter Gold hamster! =D

Herbie was getting more and more aggressive nowadays. We were beginning to get worry; every time I try to play with her, she bites my finger like hell. There was this one time where I tried teasing her by not letting go of the food when she was biting it, she stop biting her food and went for my fingers instead! After I drop her food, she immediately grabbed it and ran up to the cabin to hide.

After a few days, my brother found out that she gave birth to four baby hamsters! >=D

But unfortunately, one died right after giving birth. =( Rest in peace, baby hamster that I haven't even get to name.

I wanted to post this great news early but Herbie's just sooooo darn protective of them. I tried taking pictures of the baby, but I just feared that the flash from my camera would stun their tiny little brains. Besides, by taking their pictures, I risk my phone getting ripped apart by mama Herbie there.

After a month, the hamsters had started to produce noises and started to move around the cage already! =D And guess what? IT'S SOOOOOOOOOO DARN CUTE!!

Until now, I've yet to name them. So.... any suggestions? XD

Belated (very) birthday and Mother's day post.

It's my mom's 4-...

Wait...

Kyle: Mom~!
Mom: (from afar) What?
Kyle: How old are you again?
Mom: WHAT?! YOU (random blabbering...)

Lol, anyway, it's my mom's 44th birthday on the 18th of April! =D

And if there's a family member's birthday, guess what that means?

It's REMT time!! =D

Ridiculously
Expensive
Meal
Time

DO'H!

So let's REMT it on!! >=D

"Uh-oh"

Well things aren't looking too good for ya there, little buddy. >=)

Hey, if you're thinking that we Sui family are a big money spender, then you're sadly mistaken. It's just that we live by this word: 'To celebrate a family member's birthday, no matter how much money we have to spend, the smiles on our face is all it matters in the end.

So shut your pie-holes up. XD

Anyway, we decided to dine in Victoria Station. Victoria was also having a lobster promotion on my mom's birthday, so yeah.

Victoria Station, somehow, has lots of Malays dining there. I bet that they're those high class Malays. Doctors, lawyers and those tall nose rich bastards >_>.

No, I'm not jealous... D=< style="text-align: center;">Trust me, it might hurt your eyes, but at least it wouldn't hurt when they rip you apart... or would it?
Ouch...
I don't know, you be the judge.

Well, here's some random camwhoring session. =D

Smile for the camera. =)
I said smile for the camera...
God-darn it, I SAID SMILE FOR THE CAMERA!! Sheesh...
Now, now, just because you don't smile doesn't mean you can ruin my picture!! >< style="text-align: left;">Anyway, after REMT-ing, we straight away head home. Wanted to eat the cake that Victoria Station provided but... mom said the cake was too sweet, so she don't want it.

But at home, Dad still has some trick up his sleeves. He secretly brought my mom a birthday cake! =D

Mango cake.

Of course, mom was delighted and happy. Not to mention surprised as well.

Last time I checked, my mom was 44. Not 1. LOL
Mom, cutting her birthday cake after blowing the candle.

While eating, my cousins from a few doors besides came and join the party.

At least they smiled for the camera!

That's pretty much about my mom's 44th birthday.

Now, onto Mother's day...

Being the good son that I am (LOL), I decided to surprise my mom on her special day off by making the whole family breakfast.

Woke up early in the morning, haven't bathe, haven't brush my teeth.

Decided to do a western classic breakfast, Asian style; ham omelet, meatballs, burgers and mashed potatoes.

Here are the ingredients:

Yes the luncheon meat I used it non-halal. Any of you Malay readers here, should be advised first before reading this. XD

So, here goes Chef Kyle!

With a little help from his assistant, Jian, who woke up right after I started cooking.

Well, being the lazy bugger that I am. I won't elaborate any further. So, I'll just let the pictures do all the talking, alright? =]

First, is the luncheon ham omelet:

Then, the meatball and its sauce:

Next up, mashed potatoes...

BUT

unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it. So, I'll just tell it out. I used instant mashed potatoes ._.

Then, we have burgers =D:

And Woh-Lah, an Asian-western breakfast completed!

Me, doing the finishing touch.
Me again of course XD, presenting the breakfasts.

The complete family breakfast.

Mom and Dad was surprised to see breakfast readied on their tables.

Both my parents liked it but they said the breakfast was TOO heavy. Gotta agree with them ._. Oh and the SPAM honey-grilled luncheon meat, doesn't taste good. It's too sweet, definitely not recommendable.

Erm... basically, that's all I think. So, even though it's too late, kyle-sui.blogspot.com would still like to wish every mom in the world a Happy Mother's Day! You will always be in my heart. =]

But there's just one problem...

Who's gonna clean these up?

LOL

Kyle
